Comments:
5x1200 with 45 sec rest, surging the first 100 m and again at 800m. I did the surging and felt good for the first one, but my legs started getting heavy on the next two and stopped the surging on the last too. Overall my hips felt like they took a beating and i was having trouble stabilizing them and keeping my form good...thats why i think my times dropped at the end.
