mile reps at the farm

Comments:
This didn't feel great. The hills are very difficult on my hip. So I think I would have been alright if we hadn't taken the recoveries, but every time we started again my hip had to warm up and loosen up all over again, and it wasn't very pleasant at all.

Coach had me skip the second one because she said it was the uphill one. The problem with that is that THE ENTIRE FARM IS HILLY so it just hurt anyway. Except the third mile, because that is all downhill. Which was glorious in the pelvic region.

I swear the first mile isn't marked right. Or it's just a total bitch.

Skipped second. Uphill.

Third mile was long. Ran almost all the way in to the finish, which would make it 1.1. I'm just writing 1.1.

Repeat of first mile. Ouch.

Cool down felt pretty good on the hip.
