Comments:
warmup with yoyo, abby, and kaylynn. good race today! season PR by 1:30, and personal record by 11 seconds :) i'm satisfied with my race, but i could have done better if i didn't get stuck behind a line of girls in the beginning, that was the only negative. i think my kick was good, i gave it 100% all i had left. :) race with abby, cooldown with abby and kaylynn. overall a good day, my left outer shin wasn't bothering me during the race. also, i cramped up with 600 to go but that had little effect on me.
