Comments:
Beautiful fall afternoon for a tempo. Felt really awesome, but slowed down more than I would have liked on the way back. Average pace still dropped a bit but only because of the quick beginning. Next week I want consistent high 5:30s throughout.
3 by 300 accelerations at the track.
lift, stretch, roll, ibis x 30, hips, swam before the workout.
