Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out way too fast, and got caught up in the speedy flat. During the downhill after the two laps, I let myself open up way too much and lost a lot at the bottom, which hindered me for the rest of the race. But I think I learned a lot, and got a good workout. My knee felt fine after and during the race, but about 10 minutes after, it started to tighten up and I iced immediately.
