felt great for today. the race itself tho i went out to fast. i felt like trying to go for a huge pr and go big and it really didn't work cause by the 2 mile 2 and a half i wanted to stop already. i felt like i already had given it everything i had and just had nothing i kept trying to push but i honestly had nothing left in me. kind of feel good of this race cause i raced and finished knowing i honestly don't think i could have done much more i felt like i was going to die like a mile before it ended .
then again the downside was i raced kind of dumbly by going that fast and didnt get the time i wanted so. need to find the middle ground now. still pr'ed. just looking forward towards next week now.was to tired to go any farther on the cooldown. and i didn't have time to go later on in the day. ill finish mileage sunday.
