Mile cutdowns, 3:30 rest, drop 6 seconds each time
start: 5:28
Hit the first two right on 5:28, 5:22 and was feeling good. I hit a complete wall on the third one and ran 5:24. I ran a fourth one anyway and did 5:44. My stomach felt very bad starting on the third one. I didn't eat between 12:30 and practice, could be a problem? Left side of groin very tight. Raced on Saturday, longer/faster than usual long run sunday, UA monday, and weights Tuesday could have done me in.
