Comments:
Felt good today, better than most of the workouts so far. Went out in 5:03 which is the fastest I've ever done. I was able to make moves in the middle and I had a strong kick. 3.2 mile course, 17:48. Only 10 seconds slower than Metros and .1 miles longer course.
