Track Workout

Comments:
Easier workout to get ready for Saturday.
3 sets of 400, 300, 300, 200 @ 3000 pace with 400 jog in between sets. Best feeling workout I've had so far but was also the easiest. It was nice to get on the track again. 400s were 71-74, 300s 51-54, 200s 31-35.
