mile repeats....

Weather: cool and windy

Comments:
we went to the farm to do mile repeats today. it was kind of a crappy workout because my times were really slow...i was supposed to be around 6:25-6:30. it felt so hard and made me sad. :( i want to get a pr on saturday and move up on the team
on a positive note, i stayed pretty positive. i focused on my breathing and kept repeating my positive affirmations. i had a much better mindset than i did on the tempo last week
