First set of Milers

Weather: Rainy then not

Comments:
Ran the first set of milers today. Since we were already out at the farm because of the goal session we did them on the xc course. Upon waking up I felt kinda sickly. But whatevs. The rain stopped which was nice.
Warmed up a couple miles. Then coach split us into groups. Ethan, David, and I formed the core of our group. Aaron was with us most of them and various others would come in and out.
We took off. Felt relaxed on the first one but we were really slow. The second one was also slow. But after that things smoothed out and we came down closer to the pace. Good workout for the first set of intervals of the year. Didn't feel the greatest but still a quality effort. Rest was fairly substantial but that's okay for the first set.
Splits: 5:29, 5:30, 5:02, 5:16, 4:55, 5:05
6th mile is repeat of the first.
