Todays goal was to run hard for the 2.25 miles to get into oxygen debt and then try to run a mile while working on good running form. I added the last mile into the cooldown category but it was far from a cool down. I need to increase my daily runs to an average of 3-4 miles a day. Right now I seem mentally scared to tackel a 4mile run. I would like to come back on tuesday with another 3 mile run and then wednesday attempt the 4mile run!
*i made up a time for my cool down so it doesn't look like I ran 3.5 miles in 15 mins :)
