Comments:
Coach decided to push starting split tempos back a week, so it was pretty much the same as last week. I didn't fall this time though! I started out with Ben, Gilad, Phil, and Alex, but Ben's calf was cramping, and coach said she didn't want anyone running alone, so I fell off the other three with him. Ben had to stop to loosen his calf up, so I ran about half a mile alone. I waited for maybe 10 seconds at the 2 mile for the group behind me and then ran it in with them. I felt really good, very relaxed and smooth, for the first 2.5 miles. I started to feel a little taxed after that but nothing terrible. HR was acceptable, so another confidence building day for sure. I think I definitely could have gone faster without it being too much more difficult.

Ran to the track, did 3x300, then back to Veale to stretch. I had a meeting at 8 so didn't have time to ice bath :(
