Comments:
30 x 200. Felt ok, legs were solid and most of these felt smooth. Sam, Ulises, and Sean had a good time pushing the pace on the last couple. But, im old and wise and didn't fall into the trap of running to fast today. (Well, at least not until the last few). Times were usually 36-37, a few 38's and a few 34's.
