Comments:
This was my first timed 5k, i felt very relaxed and felt that I had strong running posture and form. I ran fairly easy the first half and tried to pick up the pace during the 2nd half. I was surprised with todays time as I was not pushing a tough pace. This distance will be my new target for the next 2 weeks I will be work on breaking 20 mins at this distance!
