I didn't run yesterday because I had to work all day and then drove straight to Cleveland for a Death Cab for Cutie concert. It was absolutely amazing, I didn't get home until 2 am and had to work all day today, but I still felt decent on this run, probably because I only ran 5 times this week. Long run tomorrow, 50+ the coming week.
