Weather: Not as cool as yesterday

Comments:
Very frustrating day. Was actually eager to do a workout... The plan was to do the 1600, 1200, 800, and 400 (all out) hitting the paces, and instead off the half mile in between running, had rest. My rest was waiting for Becca to do her half mile, so a lot. I did the 1600 about 6 seconds slow, but did the 1200 on pace. Was pulled out at the end of the 1200 because I looked like I was limping. It felt like a 3. I felt it when I stopped running a little but it wasn't impeding me from hiting my times. I really wanted to do this workout. Extra work.
