Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
this was weird. and i don't really know if i liked it. our workout was to run up the meadow hill at a pedestrian pace (a loop that was approximately 1km), for 40 minutes. this was the workout. it wasn't very exciting, and i didn't feel like i really got anything out of it. hopefully it'll pay off for all-ohio.
cooled down 3 miles back to veale. no lift, since i did it yesterday. so bear x15, static 3, hips x10, roll. swim (10,2,2), and icebath.
talked with barnes some about steeple. maybe he'll teach me how to do it the right way.
