feel exhausted. just couldn't get into it. felt very weak. cramped alot in my cooldown on my quads but i just ran through it. had to stretch alot! more than usual once i was back cause eerything hurt. it was 6 500's at 92-93
was slow on basically all of them. only dropped a 91 on the last one. this week sucks.
