Comments:
Tough run, I did not feel fast, smooth or effiecient. Every step was tough. I was struggling to keep a good running form and often felt myself slumpin over looking at the ground. The last 3/4 of a mile was probably my best mile. Oh...and it was really hot. With all that, I was 20 seconds faster than Tuesday.
