Comments:
ran aloneeee. :) decent run today but not the best. the bottom of my right foot was kinda sore.. ew. calves were also sore and legs in general were tired. breathing was okay. not the greatest run today but not bad overall.

splits: 10:20, 9:48, 15:06 (1.5 miles).

cadence: 88, 88.

extra: back, plank, lunge, calf rehab
