Comments:
5xmile up on crest. 90 seconds jog rest for the first four and 2:00 rest for the last one. Calves were really, really sore and clearly hadn't recovered from the half marathon. Besides the calves, the first four repeats felt very in control and I felt good enough to let loose on the last one.
