Weather: Nice. Breeze off the Lake
Comments:
First officially run that I have had in a while. I felt pretty good, but of course not running for like a week in a half hurts your stamina. My calves are a little sore because of the new way my doctor told me to run. Apparently, I have been striking too much with my heel. So I have been just really focusing on getting my landing form better. It will take pressure off my foot and that will hopefully minimize the pain I feel throughout the rest of the season.
Today I ran an easy four miles:
7:52, 8:07, 8:11, 7:58
After I came back the fitness center and was off my foot for a little, when I got up it started to hurt a little bit but that's going to be expected. Hopefully, I will be back for workouts and all that next week.
