Great morning run. ;) I felt amazing and was just so happy to be out running. One of those rare days where I could have burst into song during my run I was so happy.Did 1 mile warm up, Half mile repeats with a 2 min. break in between, 1 mile cool down (the cool down was shorted like 100 feet since I messed up my route which is why I ran 4.9 not 5)

I felt great during the run and afterwords I ate a Starbucks protein box planning on doing core after I digested that. Well a few hours later I was having major waves of dizziness so I just took a shower and so core did not happen. Ate lots of carbs and protein that evening to stop this dizzy thing.
