Comments:
So this very could be the best at home workout I’ve ever done. I felt amazing and just enjoyed it. I didn’t really have a plan for this workout, no route and no expected distance. So I went out and ran down whatever street I felt like which allowed me to see some parts of my neighborhood I had never seen that was cool. Plus my mile splits were 15-30sec faster than normal and there was no stopping.
