Comments:
12 200's with equal recovery and a 400 recovery after the 6th one. Purposely did the first 3 kind of reserved then 4-7 I ran the hardest than the last 4 I was o the struggle. Was on pace to go 30 for the last one but died in the last 30 meters. 33,33,33,31,30,30,32,34,32,33,32,31 were all of them. Oh well, really tired and sore after this. Need to get faster now.
