Comments:
Race day. Felt a bit under the weather today. My legs were also feeling heavy throughout the race, but besides that i felt good. I also cramped at the 2 mile mark. Ive cramped up the last three races so i might need to change what i eat in the morning (2 bananas) . Change to a bagel or cereal maybe.
