Comments:
ran at paul short- very exciting!! warmed up pretty well and was feeling good although my hamstring was still hurting. finished in 24:51- went out in a 627 for the first mile and during the second mile i felt pretty strong. Finished fast although i felt my hamstring during the downhill.
