Three Mile Race.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: It was a really nice race temp. For frosh/soph

Comments:
I was unsure about how well I was going to do so I felt like I didn't take it out as fast as I could've. Definitely feel that I'm not at top form. I felt that I passed probably like 30-40 kids that whole race. That was probably one of the high points. The third mile I felt pretty beat but I kicked and beat a guy in the last two hundred and ended up holding him off with a really strong finish. Honestly I think this might have been my best race, behind Sycamore. My foot felt fine all race and that was really really good. I cramped a little in the second mile but in the third mile my legs felt heavy. I just pushed through it and Once you go so far into the third mile you get the Hills and you carry over the momentum. I'm just glad that Cole Hamilton had such a good race even after being injured for like 2 weeks.
