Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
McQuaid for the first time ever. Went out for the first mile in 5:00 exactly. Then i kinda just told myself i wasn't good enough and had a 5:30 2nd mile and finished with a 5:30 as well. It honestly just didn't feel like racing mentally. I was definitely working my body, just not my mind. I'm disappointed definitely as I know if I was on today it could of been 15:30 or better, but I'll just look forward to NYC.
