Felt ok coming in, a little hip flexor tightness. Went out fast, in 5:03, turns out a tad to fast. Should have stayed with Nat at 5:08-5:10. Was in great shape by the 4k but fell of the pace 4-6K. Had a side stitch again but excuses, excuses. Besides falling of here had a decent shot at my PR but need to close the last 800m faster. A lot to work on. Still though, I ran 30 seconds faster than last year on this course, and was only 11 seconds of my PR. I look to beat my PR at Oberlin.
