i dont know. i started out feeling good and positive on the warm up. at the mile i was ~5:10 and 5 seconds or so behind the fab five. i was actually alone at this point b/c corey was feeling ill. between the mile and 2mile they had pulled ahead a lot, by like 20 seconds. at somewhere around 4k i became tight, and didnt think positively, and didnt have teammates. phil and tim were way ahead. 16:10 for 3 miles and probably 16:50ish for 5k. I was mentally weak because i kept telling myself to conserve and then wait to surge. but the surge never came. my mentality towards the end was along the lines of "fuck this let it be over". so i didnt have a kick.
also i ran in zoom victory track spikes. i think they were ok, but gave me multiple blisters.

id like to put this behind me and look ahead and be positive and continue to train and feel good like i did early this week and last week. i wasnt feeling all that great after tuesday for some reason. i want to regain the confidence again and continue on with the positivity ive had

also, congradulations to the top 5 for destroying the division 3 field! im am so proud of you guys, and especially to david you bigged up and went for it and we should all be inspired. and thank you to ethan and chris for the guidance and
