Comments:
Nice easy run with Ethan and Drew. Quality easy run. Felt decent. Still nasal congested but not too bad. Other than that I feel decent. Pretty good feeling going into the meet tomorrow. Since there's Alumni stuff going on in Veale essentials were outside on the side walk.
