Comments:
felt really good on this run... picked it up the second half and the last three miles were in vibrams. ran solo except for jade for the first 9 and a half (had to put jade in the car...she was dragging by that point). definitely need to do some work on my hip/hamstring... felt my hamstring pretty much the entire time but it did feel better barefoot. I think my right hip might be out of alignment similar to what i had senior year in the fall...hopefully i can keep it under control until the end of the season
