Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Thought it would be a good idea to cross train since, I've had 3 or 4 difficult days in a row. Did the elliptical for 30 minutes, iPod died midway, so the last half was miserable. Lifted weights and did an extra crunch progression afterwards, then went up to ice, strengthen and stretch.
