Comments:
All machines - 10X15 sit ups on incl bench, leg exercises, 3X15 torso bends, ball on the wall, 3X 15 side bends, 4X15 back, 5X15 lat pull dwn, 5X 15 hamdstring flat, 5X15 hanstring sit, and 5 X15 quads. too strap off for sitting ham strings. No discomfort later -
