Comments:
Ace brace. Divert in Freemason to Cav Land and back to cobblestones. Also to Sheraton from main route. One stop. No foot pain, but some feeling. No knee discomfort. Used a 5 walk 15 run pattern.
Saw Richard on the waterfront.
