first off, descending ladder at AU. 1200 - 1200 - 800 - 400, 400 recovery between each. happy with my performance - both my 1200s were the same, and i was the only one to break 60 in the 400.

then we recovered a bit and charged up sedgewick. after jogging for 50 meters we tempoed back to the 42nd street doors. we then jogged over to fort reno and did a pickup across the bottom and up to the top. my calves really need a break, i might have to cross train tomorrow
