Comments:
Felt alright today, a bit light headed, hut smooth and hitting the times without feeling very fast. We did a 1.55 mile warmup, then 6x200@35 then 4x400, hitting 74s, then 2x800 hitting 2:32 and then the same back down. Everything jbr. Kept hitting the same times.
