Comments:
UA with paige- feeling kinda emotional and we definitely took this out hard although the pace didnt feel hard at all. Slowed down a little at the end but overall felt pretty good- not really sore from the long run yesterday. My inner hamstring/upper hamstring was still pretty tight only while running however and afterwards while sitting it was aching a little.
