Race reflection
I am tired.
I really think the stress of these weeks is getting to me and my perpetual sickness is getting very annoying.

felt tired before the run
1st mile:felt all right the hill tired me out, girls took it pretty hard (6:12). Moved up into second

2nd mile: felt good started going however started blowing up towards the end of second mile

3rd mile: absolutely blew up. I was tired and my body just felt tired. it was like i couldn't find the drive in my body to pick up my feet. I wanted to go harder, but honestly i was just done.

It's like a long grueling uphill grind and I've got to make the mental stamina to last the long-haul. Today was a bad race. It was really bad. But i need to take care of myself better and jump into things with my whole heart.
