Parkway 10M Loop + Oneida 8M Loop + Oneida 6

Longest run EVER! Started w Parkway Loop with loops through Proctor Park. Took 1 Gel. A little quick on this section. Felt easy but tried to cool my pace. Stopped at house to drop shirt, piss, and pick up 20 oz water bottle and 3 gels. Up Oneida 6M. Pace was even but slowing on the uphill. Legs did not like the downhill coming back down Oneida. I could feel it in my R knee and R foot. A little worrying. That section sucks. Uneven shitty footing. Finished with last 5 of my 8M Oneida loop. Held a sub 8 pace and legs held up. Felt ok for this stretch. Not great of course but really not struggling like I usually am. I think the 4 gels def helped keep the energy up a lot. The legs were still responsive after 24 miles. What a great confidence boost before the marathon. Crashed after. Nausea for about an hour before I finally puked. Looked like blood in the puke. Not cool. But felt a hell of a lot better after. Legs are fine. Even walked to get pizza :).
