Weather: Cloudy, drizzling, dark
Comments:
Crunches and pushups day. I felt a bit sore on the run itself, but I was fine by the end. I did four striders to loosen up before tomorrow, for which I am a little nervous. But like Zeke I am happy about the competition and I want to try to really beat people and run for place.
