Comments:
Felt good today, I put a bit of self pressure on myself and I wanted to feel fast so I went out strong and just kept up a good pace. Not sure if it is the record or not, but I went 13:30 and I think I could have gone a bit faster if it was a more important race. The little things are making it easier as I did 50 pushups and 2 min hips for the last two nights and I had a smoothy this morning. I'm definitely feeling strong and confident again. I don't think that the time I ran today was all that great but it was the mental aspect that was right so that will be good for Manhattan.
