First Outdoor Workout Since Being Injured

Yeah well first workout in a while. I hit my times either spot on or a second over/under. I felt pretty good about that. Bad thing is that I am incredibly sore. My foot is hurting a little, which I'm happy about compared to what it was and how it sounded like it would be. But, my calves are sore and my groin is and during my last 400m and cool down my quads just tensed up and cramped. So I am super duper sore. And I think I should be running on the elliptical for a couple of days or whatever to get me foot feeling as well as it can for the race, and the rest of my body. I definitely could've hydrated better and eaten better but it was hard due to the testing. But that was sort of a special occasion. I had the best time in the world doing my 10 mins of planks today. It sucks cuz I actually have done my log consistently since the summer, except for my injury. Which obviously I wasn't doing any running so.. Yep fun stuff for me.
