Comments:
Speed workout on the fields next to the track: 5x1000 with a goal pace of 3:30-40. My group was myself, Tristan, Josh, Sean, Matt S. Only Tristan and myself finished all 5, He led the early ones and we pushed them on the later ones together. We were slow for a lot of them but near the end when we didn't have anything to lose we ran stronger intervals. Felt tiring and my calves are still sore, but I'd call it a good workout all in all.
