Comments:
did this with grace and jill slightly early (we left stretching early to in order to make it to an orgo review session). all at interval pace- 2:30 rest after the 1000's and 4:30 rest after the 2000. After wards did 4x200 hitting 40. Over all felt pretty smooth during the 1000s, the 2000s were rough and my times definitely dropped but i was trying hard so the effort was there.
