Comments:
Today I went for my "Long" Run of the week. I went 5 miles in 40:39 without breaks. I felt fine running today, meaning no aches or pains, and after today's extra, EXTRA work, I realized that I really need to keep up with this more. I'm sorry I haven't been doing that Coach. I slept 7 hours last night and ate a bagel in the morning and pretzels before the run. I also drank alot of water during the day.
