Had a good warm up and felt good before the race. During the first mile, I felt relaxed and strong, and was shocked at my time. I felt that I ran my race, and didn't let anyone else's tactics get into my head, and that really worked well for me, in addition to good preparation. I kicked well at the end making my big move around a mile to go, but I think I had even a little more left to kick with. I am super stoked and have a lot of good things to say. The knee felt great the whole time. No pain whatsoever due to a quick cool down and icing. Overall awesome day.
