Comments:
short school day today so everything was kind of off. ate two cream cheese bagels a few hours prior to running. i felt pretty good the first two reps, but those last two were pretty difficult. my quads were still kind of sore and my legs kind of heavy but i pushed through it. the last few reps all i was thinking about was the end "im going to be feeling tired when i hit x maker at this pace". work on happy thoughts.
